Amount of funding for biodiversity conservation
The level of financial resources available for implementing the National Biodiversity Action Plan needs to be safeguarded and increased from current levels in order to enable Ireland to fulfil the biodiversity targets contained in the EU Biodiversity Strategy to 2020 and the CBD Strategic Plan for Biodiversity 2011-2020.
